In 1995, Tito built Texas’ first legal distillery on 12 acres of land in southeast Austin. TITO’s Vodka is now the largest spirit brand in the USA and arguably the most exciting vodka brand in the world right now! Distilled 6 times, unaged, and made from corn. We love it for its simplicity and authenticity. Using old-fashioned pot stills and taste-testing every batch. Tito's Handmade Vodka is certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. Some folks add a bit of mash back into the spirit after distillation, which could add gluten, but we don’t do that. The process, like that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but we think it’s well worth it.
