The distillery creates a boutique range of authentically crafted gins, whiskeys, rums, and liqueurs in genuinely small batches. Tucked in the vibrantly trendy heart of Maboneng, the magic melting pot of the inner city, our charming distillery is proud to be Johannesburg’s first distillery.
A signature botanical gin with floral bouquet notes, immediately followed by the candied citrus notes of grapefruit, all underpinned by cardamom and piney resinous flavours of juniper berries, with a layered juniper and floral rose finish. Our Mirari Pink Gin is distilled with over 1000 Damask Roses per 500l batch of Gin that we craft, and naturally coloured through the infusion of Hibiscus. So not only is it delicious, it’s also sugar free, gluten free and vegetarian friendly, with no artificial flavourings or colourings.
A contemporary style gin with rich South African fynbos notes, immediately followed by rousing citrus notes of sweet orange, all underpinned with a delicate juniper finish and warming Honeybush flavours. Our Mirari Amber Gin is distilled with 7 indigenous South African botanicals, and naturally coloured through the infusion of handpicked Honeybush. So not only is it delicious, it’s also sugar free, gluten free and vegetarian friendly, with no artificial flavourings or colourings.
